Flies
The mouthpart of a fly is usually used for feeding on a range of organic matter. When the fly feeds, it puts its proboscis onto the food and then releases some of its saliva. The saliva then helps turn the food into a liquid and then is swallowed by the proboscis. When not feeding, the proboscis is folded back under the head.
